Gravity flow shelving can increase space utilization by up to 50%, and increase pick rates by as much as 30%. High-quality components include: 1-3/4" square tube posts and beams and roller track with galvanized steel side channels and 3/4" dia. tempered aluminum rollers on a 3/16" steel axle. Beams bolt to posts and are adjustable in 1" increments. Roller track rests on beams; track capacity is 50 lbs./lineal ft. Track is designed with label holders at both ends, labels are included. Posts include footplates that can be fastened to floor for additional stability. Posts and beams have powder coat finish. Unassembled—includes all frame parts and track hardware.
