HERCULES Dual-Stage High-Level Drum Dumpers

Ergonomic HERCULES Dual-Stage High-Level Drum Dumpers safely lift and pour drums. Chute rises vertically until arms meet pivot rollers, causing chute to rotate. Push button control hydraulically powers chute up, hard stop halts chute, and gravity slowly lowers it to the ground. 45° tilt angle. NEMA 12 power up/gravity down “dead-man” controls. Adjustable hold-downs keep container in place. Heavy-gauge carbon steel construction with enamel finish. Choose either stationary dumpers that are bolted to the floor or portable units with 6"wheels and floor locks. NOTE: Dumper shown with optional custom roller base, not included. NOTE: We specialize in custom-sized drum dumpers. Please call for complete assistance with your application. NOTE: Auto cycle and NEMA 4 washdown with stainless steel options available, call for information. NOTE: Optional equipment to customize your dumper sold separately. NOTE: Hercules Drum Dumpers are not available online. Call to verify your specifications and to order. Ordering Instructions: 1. Determine the size and capacity of the container you are dumping. 2. Measure the height of the receptacle you are dumping into. If the receptacle height does not match a standard dump height listed in chart, see if the next dump height dimension will work for you. Pay close attention to overhead clearance required to fully dump. 3. Now that you know the capacity and dump height, select the appropriate model.
